My Approach

Therapy isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you. It's about creating a safe, supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, strengthen your relationships, and build greater confidence in yourself.

I provide trauma-informed online therapy for women, mothers, caregivers, and families throughout Utah and Idaho. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, parenting challenges, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, we'll work together at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and attachment-based. I believe lasting healing happens when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Together, we'll explore what's brought you here while building practical tools that help you feel more grounded in everyday life.

I integrate evidence-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), and attachment-focused principles. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique story, strengths, and goals.

In therapy with me, you can expect:

  • A warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space

  • Practical tools for coping, emotional regulation, and resilience

  • Support that honors your experiences, values, and strengths

  • Therapy that moves at your pace, without pressure or judgment

  • A collaborative relationship where your voice matters

Getting Started

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit.

During this 50–55 minute session, we'll complete a conversational biopsychosocial assessment while exploring what has brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain, and any questions you have about the process. This isn't an interview or a test. It's the beginning of building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and understanding.
